I had my first appointment today at the Cozy Massage and I was pleasantly surprised. The masseuse was very kind and her energy was calm. As a reiki practitioner I recognize this more than others. I’ve had many massages over the last 30 years and sometimes a place makes you feel weird or uncomfortable. This place was not like that! I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Cozy Massage was very disappointing. The environment was not clean, and the room felt cold and uncomfortable. The massage felt rushed and lacked any real technique or care. I also felt pressured to tip before the service was even finished, which was very unprofessional. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning or recommending this place to anyone.
