Everyone at Cozy was helpful and a delight to work with. Their attention to detail was above my expectations. The countertop is gorgeous. I highly recommend them!
My wall oven died 10 days before Thanksgiving and the new one I purchased from another supplier was not quite the size same fit for the wall. Since Cozy had originally installed my cabinets and my old oven I called them to see if they could help. I cannot thank them enough for the exemplary customer service I received from beginning to end of my problem. Recently, while working on our cabinet redoes in our older Hawaiian farm style home. I was reminded of an old friend, Cliff Neal. I was introduced to Cliff thru a furniture building club that Cliff sponsored back in the late 80's. Cliff was gracious by allowing the club to use his shop area. I live in remote and small Hawaiian town. We don't receive much good or bad news. It's only through my cabinet remodeling that I was reminded of Cliff and thought to see how he was doing. Cozy provided professionalism, service and quality for our cabinetry work. The design process was patient and thorough. They responded to changes/updates professionally. All the install crews were as nice as could be. The followed through on any/all punch list items. Very responsive. I definitely recommend Cozy when it comes to high-end cabinetry/kitchens in the OBX.
I had a new countertop and backsplash installed by Cozy Kitchens and found the customer service and end product to be 5 STAR . Every person I worked with from the front desk, designer, scheduler, counter company, backsplash installer to leadership in the company was amazing. Every person was professional, friendly , knowledgeable and eager to make sure I was happy and content with my choices and end results. I would highly recommend Cozy Kitchens.
