I have tried to get them to contact me by sending emails and I know the email requests that I have sent have gone through to their correct address, but they can’t bother to answer my requests. Have been trying for 5 business days and so far no replies. I just wanted to schedule for annual service on my residential gas fireplace. They are now off my list, don’t waste your time trying to contact them, there are a number of other companies that can do the work.
