After 6 months with a significant down payment for a bathroom remodel, the owner told my 78 year old mom over the phone he was terminating her contract because he said she hung up on him. This is not true and when she called back asking for an explanation he ignored her calls and messages. He returned her deposit with a letter saying he could not fulfill the contract due a work shortage. He never shared this information with my mom on the phone.
