The second star is for the equipment—not my experience with Cozy. We spent $7,800 on a Mitsubishi mini-split for our sunroom. Got a bunch of varying quotes from different hvac companies, Was about to choose one when I decided to call one more company and I’m glad I did. From the call, mark was helpful and not pushy, gave advice and info that helped me understand more what I needed. Cozy did an amazing job. They were super fast, clean and had amazing customer service. My dogs ruined my old AC and they got me up and running back with AC super fast. I definitely recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC or plumbing needs. They go above and beyond.
