I don’t often praise service personnel. However, I have to say that the Cozy Home Services personnel that helped me were unusually good at their jobs. My HVAC unit was rapidly failing to cool our house and my wife had just had shoulder surgery and the weather was getting hotter. Cozy Home advertised same day service and I got an appointment for service on my 30 year old unit that same day from a very pleasant and competent receptionists who deserves Cozy Homes recognition for her good work. Our ac capacitor popped and needed replacement asap due to unbearable summer heat. Nicole was great and was able to schedule us right away on that same hour. Really appreciated the customer service. Kolby got to our place in less than an hour. Work was done quickly in less than 30 mins. Price is a bit over what I expected but I think it's worth their work and professionalism. Highly recommend!
Awesome. Mark knew exactly what he was doing. Didn’t try to upsell me on anything. Did an awesome job. My A/c is blowing cold as ice, and I Couldn’t be happier!
