My A/C stopped cooling on 7/3 due to extreme heat outside. Contacted Cozy after 5pm and someone came out at 6:30am on 7/4, 4th of July. My issue was the capacitor stopped working, I'm assuming due to the extreme heat. It only took minutes for the technician to diagnose the problem and change the capacitor. Now I'm back in business on one of the hottest days of the year. My house is cool again! Timely service considering it's going to be another scortcher today. Thumbs up to Cozy!
The two guys we worked with - Tye and Jon - were phenomenal. Kind, helpful, had good suggestions for the problems particular to our older home/system, patiently answered questions via text (our preferred method of communication) over the course of 2-3 weeks while we did our due diligence, got other estimates, and did our research to compare all of the quotes. After my water heater died on me, a neighbor recommended Cozy Heating and Cooling. They were responsive to my texts and got me a reasonable estimate very quickly. Once I accepted the estimate, they prioritized my project knowing I was without hot water. The guys were great - they worked efficiently and left no mess whatsoever. I will absolutely call them again for any HVAC or water heater concerns.
We used them twice so far and each time was an amazing experience. Very prompt and professional service! Will definitely recommend and continue to use for all my hvac needs!
