Tenant complained about the AC not cooling, temperature was 90. I called Cozy Heating & Cooling today, 6/27/25 based on their Google reviews. Jon, the owner, was very responsive. He had Perry, the lead tech, reach out to me ASAP. Perry was accommodating. He switched his calls around due to tenant having to leave by 1 PM. His other customer was available all day. Outstanding experience from start to finish! Received an immediate response to my request for an estimate on a whole-house ductless mini-split installation in our old Catonsville home.
