My childs 8th grade prom yesterday 6-10-24 was RUINED! My child looked amazing but I had to stitch the top bottom of tux jacket because it was drooping, definitely not evenly stitched like bottom button. No big deal I fixed it and continued taking pictures. About an hour into prom my child calls me upset that the bottom of the shoes I rented, the soles came off of 1 shoe. This is my second year, returning to rent a suit for my child and I have to say everyone there is completely pleasant and professional, and we experienced a new employee Aiden who was absolutely a sweetheart and professional, and for someone who just started there knew what he was doing
