Ordered a case of salsa, received it ***************. No padding or any type of protection on the items. Emailed with the owner, received a refund. Ordered a second time with the promise that it would be done properly, received another *************** case without any appropriate packing materials. Received a refund but was out of stock and unable to purchase a third time. After lots of effort, still no salsa.Totally amateur and unsafe packing. Did not replace item as requested for resolution.

As said, we are very sorry for what happened, especially since it happened twice in a row. In any case, after the first accident, we had already issued the full refund, so we could no longer cancel it when you requested the replacement.After the second incident, we issued the full refund again as the product had gone temporarily OUT OF STOCK and we also thought you would prefer the refund considering what had happened both times.
