Lived here for 5 years, we take care of the property, sweep and mop the entire house on move out, and we are still charged $100 cleaning fee for them to wipe the microwave & stove, 15 minutes of cleaning, $100. The property is immaculate compared the horror stories of our neighbors who have purposely flooded or neglected their tiny house. 5 years of rent and taking care of the property, and still swindled another $100.
Very quiet nice neighbors but that's about it as far management... forget it ...the lady who I'm speaking about says she's the owner but failed to mention how racist she can be...she was like "y'all people". Blah blah blah and so on and so on very ugly hateful lady she then expects me to give her information forget you you old cow find it yourself GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU NEED A SPOT TO RENT!! NOT HERE!! TRUST ME!!
