Short and simple the customer service is subpar the demanding for tips is absolutely true. Communication is almost impossible with them if you speak english. The massages well they get personal with them i’ll put it that way. Kind of aggressive but it did help a bit i’ll be fair. 2 star service is what you can expect.
It's in the name. Very clean and great people.
I visit the spa quite often it helps me recover from the gym, the entire staff at cozy comfort spa are very good at helping relieve soreness.
I went here for a massage today. I felt the environment was very good, the masseuse was very enthusiastic, the service was in place, and it relieved my muscle soreness. I liked it very much and I will come back again
