Our AC broke down on a Sunday Night and We tried many7 local AC suppliers and Service Companies in our area Clearwater/Dunedin area one came out Mid Monday am and gave us the bad news. and quoted us an astronomical price to replace the Unit. However my Brother in law in Hernando co. put us in touch with Cozy Climate who quoted us a most reasonable price they sent a rep same day to check out the unit and on Wed, delivered/Installed in no time "POLITE TIDY CLEAN RESPCTFUL" I would recommend them to anyone Carmen is Her Name.

Cozy climate is a local small AC repair and maintenance business… Carlos the owner is a honest.. friendly and professional service here in Brooksville.. I’ve used cozy climate on several occasions… naturally my AC broke during a holiday or weekend… regardless.. the next day Carlos was at the house in the early morning to correct the problem… he took it upon himself to see if I had a homeowner maintenance policy and bill them directly… it may have been a small amount for that problem but he was willing to bill them and take p... read more
We are contracted with this company thru our home builder, cannot get a call back. Our AC is out over Easter weekend and we cannot get a call back, they offer no emergency number or anything helpful to their customers. Completely disappointed, we’ve had this AC unit for 2.5 months and it’s already gone out and now we can’t even get a call back.
