I strongly discourage anyone from using Cozy Climate. They installed the HVAC system in our new construction home, and within six months it began failing. Over the next two years, our family spent a total of 67 days without air conditioning because of repeated breakdowns and failed repairs. The biggest issue was the condenser coil failing four separate times. They installed the AC in my house built in 2022. Tried contacting multiple times because the AC has been acting up since last year, never get a response. I tried calling and calling and nothing. I had to contact another tech, valve was broken and thankfully still under warranty, but after spending $1k we found out the duct was broken since who knows when. Very poor communication.

I was able to get someone to my house within 24 hours of calling. The technician - Liban? - was right on time, very professional and very quick. I was very happy with his repair of my broken thermostat. Thanks Cozy Climate!!!
