I love coming to this place the only downfall about it is that they don’t let you place a order for pick up on the website can yall fix that because I wanna be able to pick up my order not get it shipped!

I love Cozy Cannabis. The only negative review i have is their lack of customer service. Its always 10-15 mins in the store because of the wait and lack of staff Today there were 3 employees in the office and 1 at the counter; 5 customers waiting in line. If the owner was sitting in the office then shame on you. I love your store but your customer connection sucks
