Being new to the RV community and doing research on purchasing a trailer, everyone stated to hire an independent inspector to go through the unit. It doesn’t matter if you are purchasing it from a dealer or independent seller. Hire an inspector! We found Mike with Cozy Campers and hired them to look at a trailer we were interested in from a private seller. The trailer had been lightly used and well cared for by the original owners. 10/10!! The customer service from Cozy Camper was spectacular. From Elizabeth taking my phone call to Mike inspecting our brand new camper. It was a 5 star experience. Will use them in the future and recommend to all family & friends who may be purchasing a camper.
Mike did an in depth inspection of our camper we are looking to buy. He caught many things that we wouldn’t have even thought about. What started out as us feeling silly for an inspection on a new camper made us feel so much better once we got the report. We look forward to working with the team again in the future.
Mike did a great job. He arrived on time and worked diligently until complete. The report was promised in 24 hours and was delivered ahead of schedule. It was there when I wake up the next morning. Very comprehensive. Everything that could be checked was. I am very satisfied. Still waiting on the fluids analysis but that is on the lab to turn around. Highly recommended.
