I could not believe I called just before seven on a very hot evening and a technician from Cozy Air Conditioning Today arrived by eight and fixed my heater issue quickly. The $75 service call, even after hours, was a great value. Keith was very friendly, explained each repair step in simple detail, and kept the work area clean the whole time. Great customer service from Cozy Air Conditioning Today. Jalen, our new furnace repair tech, was excellent. He was kind, professional, and even friendly with our dog. Since I had just had surgery and could not do much, he was very thoughtful and willing to help however he could.
