We recently stayed at an apartment in Cairns and had a couple of light globes blow, contacted cozie homes and they responded immediately and sent the electrician around to fix the issue. Then the coffee Machine sprung a leak that was replaced with a new one the same day. Excellent service.
The team at Cozie Homes were great! We had to work in Port Douglas for a month, and the home was nice, clean and comfortable. Communication in the lead-up to our stay was fantastic and super responsive, which made everything really easy. Thanks again to the Cozie Homes team — we can definitely recommend them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I'm not sure how to put this the staff and management at Cozie homes are either incompetent or dishonest. At the very least they ingage in deceptive behaviour. I hah booked accommodation through Booking.com after accepting the booking and taking the money prior to the advertised date, Cozie homes sent an additional contract with onerous conditions including ...the home must be left in a condition and available for occupation. Cozie homes have a very friendly, approachable, attentive and professional customer service personel being By email or on the phone The apartment itself we stayed in was clean well maintained with a personal touch that made it feels homy and a generous garden on the ground floor. I would not hesitate in recommending or using Cozie homes for any of my future stays around cairns.
I was staying in one of their property on Severin St roughly about 4 weeks ago. The security screen door's lock was out of order. They pre set the AC and I can't change the settings at all. It was preset at 24°. Cairns can get humid and warm. There were several nights it was warm for me and I had to sleep on the floor in living room as the AC is located there.
