I was staying in one of their property on Severin St roughly about 4 weeks ago. The security screen door's lock was out of order. They pre set the AC and I can't change the settings at all. It was preset at 24°. Cairns can get humid and warm. There were several nights it was warm for me and I had to sleep on the floor in living room as the AC is located there. I had an amazing stay with Cozie Homes. The apartment I booked was clean, and had pretty much everything you need (even a juicer, Nespresso machine, and things to bake with!) very comfortable bed (very soft towels and linen) and situated in a quiet area. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, and the travel concierge Dan also helped me book tours at a discounted rate. Really made my trip to and stay in Cairns very comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend!
