The view and location were perfect and my family loves it but the stay didn’t feel really premium for the price. The place I’m reviewing is 2 Caleb Ct, Mooroobool QLD 4870. 1. In the master ensuite, the water pressure for both the shower and the tap is very low, essentially a trickle. The other two bathrooms are working perfectly. 2. Also in the master ensuite, the toilet is constantly running and never seems to finish refilling. 3. Cozie Homes have been fantastic to deal with over the past two years. As interstate owners with limited property contact we have always felt at ease with this team managing it in our stead. The returns generated have been excellent, communication when required has been second to none, and things just flow very easily. Could not recommend highly enough!
We ventured into B&B with our prized home in Cairns with Tom and his team this year. They have been outstanding in assisting with the set up right down to minor details - nothing has been an issue. And very responsive to any of our questions. Occupancies have also been well in excess of our expectations with prompt financial reports and a great booking schedule for us to monitor. They have made the experience a breeze while we are interstate. Could not have asked for a better team to manage the property.
Thomas and his team have been looking after my property for over a year now and their attention to detail is what stands out for me. They are responsive and take action where needed in order to satisfy guests as well as owners. I fully recommend their services.
