This review is for Cozey Vancouver @ 810 Granville St. It's Jan 1, 2025. It's my birthday. According to Google, the store is open. My family decided to travel 40 min one way to visit the store only to find it completely vacant. To Cozey, please update your Vancouver location Google store listing to reflect this closure. Hope this review will prevent others from wasting their time.
Went downtown to see a couch we’re considering in the Granville street showroom, it is no longer there 🥲 wanting to purchase a sectional from them but hesitant without seeing it in person
Worst couch I have ever owned. Shortly after a month of receiving it, it started to pill and the material fell apart. They would not refund my money because I was a few days over the 30 day return window even though they admitted a percentage of their materials are defective. I have this in writing in an email. They offered me a 50% refund and sent a new set of cushion covers which didn’t help because the entire couch, front, back, sides and cushions are made of the defective material.
