One of the best companies around the South Jersey Area for sure! They did a great job with our basement reinforcement project, as well as some other odds and ends around the house. Thanks to Charlie, Gwen, Lee, and the rest of the team! You will not regret giving these guys a call.
Charlie and his crew had to maneuver through our crawl space and raise up our house to repair termite damaged floor joists and the sill plate as we were preparing to sell. Our realtor reached out to Cozens Construction last minute and they were able to get the job done quickly and professionally. The guys were friendly and courteous - and they carefully cleaned up when they were finished. Gwen took care of the business end of the work making the experience easy for us. The bad review is regards on how your company operates its drivers of its vehicles. Your driver pulled out on highway and didn't care if they mare others slam on their brakes. Swerving and failure to maintain speeds. I'm not sure if your workers are drunk, high or just don't actually have a driver's license.
I can't speak higher on Cozens Construction. They did the work for less than my engineer estimated, were amazingly pleasant, considerate of my home and family, and did great work.
