We’ve worked with Cozens Construction on several projects: foundation parging, structural repairs in the basement and on our front porch, sistering joists on the second floor, and now a third-floor renovation. Took me a while to get to writing this. Charlie came out to see my basement on a Saturday (I think I called him two days prior). I work in construction and immediately I could tell he knew exactly what he was talking about. He had an engineer come out and look at the basement and as soon as everything was approved by the township he his guys got to work. The guys did a great job. We’ve worked with Cozens Construction twice now and have been fully satisfied each time. They were professional, reliable, and thorough in their work. The quality has been good on both projects and they completed everything in a timely manner. It’s such a relief to find contractors you can count on! We truly appreciate their attention to detail. We would definitely recommend them to anyone and I’m sure we will be using them again in the future ;).

Gwen, Charlie and family did an exceptional job. Huge foundation fix in our home, all the employees were so awesome, work was completed so quickly and stress free. I know who I’ll be calling if i ever need another big (or little) fix in our home!
