I used to be a patient of Dr. Cozad's and unfortunately she stopped accepting the insurance I had at the time. I have a new plan and now I can't find a working number to reestablish her as my doctor. At the time, I never had a female GYN before, and she was the first EVER to ask what I was doing for my osteoporosis. "That's for old ladies" I reply, but sure enough I had 50% bone loss.
