They now have an active complaint filed with the BBB, an investigation open with the FTC, Illinois attorney general, the city of chicagos business affairs and consumer protection department, the states Stoney and more to come. They will lose their business within the next few months and I’ll happily watch it happen so. There’s also an FBI agent within the family that will be pushing an investigation on all the theft claimed on this company.

It’s the bad Customer Service for me , They wanna charge me to get my belongings out of my car , makes no sense , The lady that answers the phone , has the worst Customer Service ever, nickel & dime you to death when your in an auto accident Coys was called & that’s all they could think about how much they are gonna charge you cash up front, like what🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️I wanted someone to call me back like a manager, that was a problem 🧐🧐The worst experience ever, & my car is there still.🤨🤨
