Bad business they will tow your car and you will have problems with your car then they play like they dont know what happened then go to offer their service for more money they are scammers and want your money everyone stop using their service and lets get more better business companies i asked the manager for his name and he hung the phone up on me just rude and very very very very unprofessional they’re tow service sucks
I was stuck on the side of the road in and called the closest towing company because AAA said it would be 3+ hours. They came, got my car , took it to my mechanic and we were on our way. Super fast and professional. Hopefully I'll never have to use them again, but I have them now saved in my phone. Ty!
They now have an active complaint filed with the BBB, an investigation open with the FTC, Illinois attorney general, the city of chicagos business affairs and consumer protection department, the states Stoney and more to come. They will lose their business within the next few months and I’ll happily watch it happen so. There’s also an FBI agent within the family that will be pushing an investigation on all the theft claimed on this company.
