I had a terrible experience with Coys Towing after my vehicle was towed following an accident. This was not a criminal situation whatsoever, yet I was treated like I had done something wrong from the moment I walked in. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. What made the experience even worse was discovering property missing from my vehicle after it was in their possession. Bad business they will tow your car and you will have problems with your car then they play like they dont know what happened then go to offer their service for more money they are scammers and want your money everyone stop using their service and lets get more better business companies i asked the manager for his name and he hung the phone up on me just rude and very very very very unprofessional they’re tow service sucks
