Lived here for a few months now and have had a great experience. Great location, friendly staff and quick maintenance.
The common area and apartment amenities are great. I love my hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and city views. Community activities are hosted by the management staff monthly. If you want to live near the inner loop, IMT Uptown Post Oak is definitely the place to be.
About 2 weeks I moved out of my apartment that I lived in for 12 Months. Over the course of these 12 Months, I was very careful that I did not cause too much damage to the apartment. While returning the key, I requested for appointment for walk through. I was told that walk through is not required and I will be charged only for major damage. Terrible experience-The apartments are old & not maintained-Office staff rude & I regret living here-I lived in 6 apartments across the country this is the worst!!!! Most of the building is against code!!!!!
My wife and I stayed in Coyote Ranch for about 6 months while we search for a new home. We drove up from AZ and spent 19 hours straight to get there on time to grab the keys that night. We get the keys and begin moving in and realize how dirty the apartment really was. We contact the lady that checked us in and she told us they use an outside company to clean the apartments and that the company has been cleaning apartments poorly for them in the past. i stay here and its a good place.. Mainenance guys are pretty quick...Closer to hillcroft and walmart and just 1 mile to indian grocery shops...cant ask for more.. School is good with IB rating...
I found this on a site that advertises apartments for those with bad credit. This place denied my application, so I guess this would NOT be a place to go and spend $40 on an application only to be denied!
