Coyote is without a doubt that they have the best manufacture customer service I've ever used. Especially wanted to ID Jackie of the customer service department. She is AWESOME!!
I cannot believe how helpful and supportive Jacqueline was when I called her about my 36” built in coyote grill. I bought it 5 years ago and have enjoyed using it 12 months a year. 2 of the 4 burners are now only half lighting, with a 3rd and 4th burner cooking unevenly. I do sear my meats so the flavor bars took a beating as well. She checked her stock informing me that the burners were available but the flavor bars were 2 weeks out. We have a 28 inch pellet stove. While trying to figure out how to use it, I called the support team at Coyote. They were terrific! They walked me through the process of turning it on and waited patiently while I was following their steps. Everything worked perfectly. I was impressed with the kindness of their staff and the knowledge they demonstrated.
Very good customer service, Jaqueline helped me locate the parts and sent them to me.
The folks at Coyote responded promptly and fully cooperative. Seemless. Wish they were all like this!
