The Coyote Grill is a very high quality outdoor cooking unit. We cook on it 3 to 4 times a week and has held up better than expected. Calling for replacement parts was simple and straightforward, no interrogation, just a few minutes to verify shipping and other information and parts were on their way.!
I ordered a grill and upon delivery, the grates were warped and weren’t level. Upon contacting Coyote, they quickly and efficiently sent me replacements. Thanks!
We live in a condo building and can only have an electric grill. The coyote grill is the best one I have had over the past many years living in a condo building. The customer service that I have experienced is amazing! After 2 years the power cord stopped working and it contacted them and they are sending me a new grill! Amazing!
They replaced all the parts we need free of charge. Great customer service
