Awesome customer service! We bought a house with an older Coyote grill that needed new burners. I called in and talked to Cameron and he was great! He helped me identify the exact parts I needed to order. Also, as an engineer, I'm always impressed with companies that design their products so that new parts still fit their in their older models.
