We chose this office due to the high reviews on them being very thorough and kind. Unfortunately, that was not the experience we had. Dr. Wood was incredibly pushy, did not listen and disregarded concerns. After receiving the prescription, we decided to go to an optician in San Antonio rather than purchasing glasses, sunglasses and contacts from Coyote Optical. Completely disappointed. While heading to San Antonio is completely out of our way, at least we have a better experience.
All the girls at Coyote Optical were very helpful and very polite and very professional … Dr Wood …… just amazing and very informative ……..thanks everyone at Coyote Optical…..🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
