Andrew has been a really great mechanic to me over the past 5 years. Wish I found him sooner. Never tried to oversell stuff and just put it plainly what he would do it if were his car. I was doing grad school and living on a budget, so was really helpful explaining to me what maintenance and longer-term repairs I could defer out a bit. I just moved out of state and need to find a new mechanic, hope I can find someone like Andrew to trust. For reference I have a 2016 Mazda CX-5 with 90k miles.
Andrew was incredibly kind to me. I called and he spent 20 minutes on the phone troubleshooting my car issue. I wasn’t even a customer yet and he took time out of his day to walk me through step by step. He made time for me the next day and When I came in he explained everything and again spent the time seeing if I actually needed repairs. As a woman it can be hard finding good car service with honest appraisals. I can’t speak highly enough about the quality, kindness and experience afforded to me by Andrew.
I’ve been going to Coyote Motors since 2021 and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Andrew is the most transparent, thorough and kind mechanic I’ve ever worked with. He solved a weird problem on my Mazda 3 that two other shops couldn’t figure out. I’ve got an older car with a lot of miles and Coyote Motors has handled every service with integrity and care. I’m so thankful that I found this awesome shop!
