Katie O’Grady is rude snotty unprofessional broker! Do not recommend using her as the broker ask for someone else besides her if you must use COYOTE!
This company will steal the money of truckers and feel entitled to do so. Don’t pay detention. Will lie about delivery day and then pay you $250 for layover when you miss out your reload that pays thousands. Made me hold the load for 4 days and I missed on a $6000 reload.
We've had an extremely poor experience with Coyote Logistics. Many promises. None delivered. They sold us on their parcel business, but their rates were never what they quoted. We were always billed more, after the fact. After we cut off the parcel business with them, they promised that LTL would be better. Rates were great, until we started receiving the invoices.
