Very clean and always maintained
Clean and modern condos. Rented here 2 years ago and coming back this February. Great location and amenities.
The worst place to live looks like a bad apartment complex, dead plants everywhere, broken gate, unfinished, and trashy nothing luxury about these. The hoa is so controlling they decide if and when you have guests stay over. If they don't like something, the board members will harass you and fine you for harassment. Yes, this is actually a fine that is imposed on you and they are that comfortable.
