Coyote Gluckstadt is family-friendly with great music, and they have programing for all levels. The community of members are all ages, and come from all walks of life. It's a place where you work hard and play hard at the same time. Coach Tamica makes sure folks learn and understand the movements, and use proper form so we can all come back tomorrow and do it again!
I was traveling and visited Coyote Fitness Gluckstadt! I absolutely loved it. The sense of community was overwhelming! The coach personally welcomed me and encouraged me throughout the workout. Other members welcomed me and talked to me before and after the workout! The owner and his wife are awesome! I highly recommend!!! I wish I lived closer!
The best community and programming around. There’s a fitness level for everyone- no matter where they are in their fitness journey. Tamica is a fantastic trainer and very knowledgeable and welcoming.
