This atmosphere in this gym is unmatched- everybody is so welcoming and friendly, like they're really glad I came. The trainers are super knowledgeable, even about nutrition, and very quick to help and offer suggestions. 5 stars all the way!
I love Coyote. I’ve been a member for almost 5 years. It is so many things to me. Obviously it allows me to pursue my health and fitness goals, but it’s also the friends and community I have gained, the accountability, and the opportunity to grow as a human day in and day out by being surrounded by good people that keeps me coming back.

I tried CrossFit at Coyote for the first time reluctantly, thinking I would never be able to do it. I’m so glad I tried it, because I’ve seen so much growth since then. Coyote truly meets you wherever you are in your fitness journey and pushes you to be the best version of yourself. The community, the coaches, and the workouts are the reason I’ve made so much progress!
I started crossfit at Coyote 9 months ago. I was a competitive gymnast my whole life until 3 years ago and was looking for something to love and work hard at again. It has been such an amazing experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better community to join. Everyone is there for each other during hard times in life, encouraging to each other in the gym, and so welcoming to new comers. Im so thankful to have found not only crossfit in general, but the best gym ever to be a part of.
