I can't say enough kind things about Coyote Creek Stables!!! My daughter is currently taking riding lessons here and we recently enjoyed a sunset trail ride. April is so wonderful to work with and she really knows her stuff! The horses are beautiful and so well cared for🥰🐴 and we can't wait to head back to the farm!!
My family and I had such a wonderful experience. The trails were easy to ride and the conversation was pleasant. My grandson did such a wonderful job with his horse socks. I had sassy she knew exactly what to do. The land was beautiful. I had the most relaxing time. Emily loved her horse sage. We definitely want to come back to check out the birthday party 🥳 package!
After a very long travel day we rolled into Coyote Creek later then planned. April was waiting in the driveway. The horses had fresh water and a large grassy paddock waiting for them. They enjoyed a relaxing night under a full moon. We camped in our camper right next to them. We loaded up with the needed hay and shavings before going to bed. We will always come back if ever passing through again.
Extremely nice riding stable. Horses were excellent on the trail. Owner and assistant were very friendly and put a lot of effort in to making sure everyone was having a good time. My sister and I had a wonderful time.
We enjoyed our stay and accommodations for the horses were great!
My son has only been going for a month and he has learned so much already! April does a great job of teaching to varying skill, age, and experience levels. She pays careful attention to each individual rider-playing to their strengths, providing encouragement for the harder things, and building confidence. My son learns and improves on his skills each lesson and has a lot of fun. Lessons emphasize command of, and respect for horses, in a relaxing environment. It’s the highlight of the week. I highly recommend Coyote Creek!
awesome horses, facility, & people!
Best riding stable and horses to ride in Illinois hands down. Beautiful trails to ride on and April’s great personality makes the trail rides fun and interesting. We enjoyed it the first few times so much my husband and I started driving over an hour at least monthly for lessons from her in her indoor arena which are great too if you strive to learn more. Highly recommend Coyote Creek!
The staff is very friendly and the prices are reasonable! The horseback riding trails are nice and well kept. I recommend horseback riding and even lessons here! They make sure you’re safe and having a great experience!
