What a gem! Tucked in an industrial park, this local coffee shop employs friendly, efficient baristas, and serves high quality espresso-drinks and bagels/pastries! (Haven't tried any non-coffee drinks yet, but I'm sure they're excellent, too.) Quiet, cozy interior and a few outdoor tables make for a quaint place to meet up with friends.
We have been to coyote coffee several times and every time we go, its great! The staff are very friendly, and the coffee is delicious. Best dirty chai around!
