Started in 2011 when John Stewart of Johnny's Two Rivers Restaurant and Steve Chaney of Penn's Restaurant partnered to form Coyote Catering to serve the oilfields of the south and southwest. Steve purchased Johnny's half interest in May of 2015 and continues to live and serve south and west Texas.

Amazing food and people 👍🏻
We attended a wedding in Boerne TX and these folks did a great job. Food was hot and plentiful, sweet tea was cold, and the banana pudding was to die for!
