Great Mexican-Cajun Fusion – Very good Cajun inspired Mexican food. They have the old staples and many more inventive dishes. Their fafita steak is perfect. One of my favorite dishes is the fajita enchaladas. They have a great selection of sides. You are no longer forced to get bland retried beans, and rice with frozen peas. They have over 100 tequilas to choose from and solid margaritas.
