The worst experience I've ever gotten. The most rude customer service. Do NOT go here. They held our car for over a month without a sorry! Later I find out it's actually their specialty to hold peoples cars there for months at a time. I do not understand how they're still in service!!! I finally called KIA and was told there's no way they have the part coming because that part isn't available right now anywhere.
