I've taken my car here a few times and they always do great work. I was online talking to the chat bot for help (which is definitely just connected to chatgpt) and was very clear I had transmission issues. The bot said it would be nice problem and they could take care of it at the shop. I was then told when trying to drop my car off that they can't do that. That chat just really needs some better instructions. Other than that, I would recommend them

We took our car in for an auto engine diagnostic. They said it was a bad battery and charged us $102. We took the battery to Costco to have the battery changed under warranty only to find out that the battery was just fine. Now we’re out $100 and no closer to finding a solution to our problem. Very disappointing.

These guys are my hero's! We were traveling when our car broke down, they were the only shop who was willing to assist us even though they were super busy, they had us on the road by the next day. I appreciate their help and service so much. The cost was reasonable and they were very friendly, professional and did not take advantage of us. Thank you Coyners Auto Repair for coming to our rescue. You are greatly appreciated and I highly recommend this shop.
