Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best experience at Coyne. The support staff and technicians were all wonderful, but we were unhappy with our experience with the vet. He seemed like he wanted to be anywhere except with us and our puppy. He didn’t greet our dog or show any affection at all, which isn’t typical in my experience. He conducted a very short exam and didn’t seem interested in answering our questions. Very pleased with the help that they gave my dog today
Love LOVE coyne vet they have always gone so above and beyond to take care of our fur babies. We’ve been coming here for years now and done boarding, day boarding, dog daycare, cat visits, grooming, you name it we’ve probably paid for it lol They’ve always had excellent communication, great doctors, and fantastic front desk staff which lets be real makes a world of difference even with the best doctor. Even after moving farther downtown, I have continued to drive up to Westfield just to keep coming here.
