Horrible customer service
They are awesome!
I took my dog to Coyne for almost two years. He is a 2 year old Australian Shepherd, usually very calm and sweetly disposed. I got a call from the Pet Resort staff informing me of an incident he was involved in. The first thing the tech told me was that my dog was fine, but in trying to correct another dog that was nipping at him, he accidentally bit the worker in the room on her hand.
