Great manufacturer and tuner of steel pans. One of the most respected names in the business. When I started a group and asked people who to go to, he was the first, and most popular name, that was mentioned. Thank you for everything!
Called one morning to schedule a repair. He was getting ready to go out of town but offered to make the repair that day if I could make it in by late morning. I arrived and he fixed it while I waited. This was for our school and he didn't charge us for the repair. What a kind hearted business owner!
Has been putting a student’s order on the back burner for two years and is now currently not responding. Thankfully, the deposit was low enough for her to walk away. Go somewhere else for a pan.
It was a pleasuer to meet Allen. He took extra time tuning my pans on a Holiday, something Im sure not many people would have done. I left his studio feeling like I truly mattered. Allen was very knowledgeable & educational. I will most certenly be using him for all my Pan needs in the future.
