I’ve never written a review before, but my experience here has been so unacceptable that I feel compelled to speak up. I was involved in a minor accident that required a new bumper and radiator, along with some paint work. My insurance company directed me to this shop, and I dropped off my car on July 24, 2025. According to their online tracking system, the car was supposed to be completed by August 8, 2025. Body repair was exceptional. Repairs were done in a reasonable amount of time. They were proffesional and friendly.
My husband and I took our Infiniti Q50, Jeep Wrangler, and Chevy Tahoe to Coyle Collision for hail damage after the recent storms. Brandon, Dave and Kelly were GREAT! The entire staff was extremely friendly!!! As the mechanics got the estimates ready, Dave was so kind to offer us snacks and drinks. It was SO easy and the turn around time for repairs were QUICK!!!!! Turns out, Coyle is a "direct repair shop" through our insurance, so it truly was a seamless and painless experience. Here is just one of the cars.
