Absolutely horrible customer service. the woman answering the phone is rude, interruptive and quite frankly a little hostile. I would rather pay more and bring it to someone who is capable of having a conversation. She literally yelled 'Good bye" and hung up on me when I asked her to please stop interrupting me as I was trying to answer her question. Sounds to me like they are so busy they don't need more business. Bless the poor souls who have to work with this woman....
I bought a new to me Buick and it needed a timing cover gasket and Coys did an amazing job and no more leak . Great customer service and mechanic work . Am very satisfied and will be bringing all my automotive needs to them from now on ! 🥰
