Excuses, excuses, and more excuses for substandard work. Evidently Andy Schepp got sued and he is no longer affiliated with the company (I guess). They advertise quality building since 2001 however my home was built in 2007 and finding the used AC units, bad flooring, and tile work out over regular sheetrock is what they define as Quality work.
I have called Jim Schepp and he does not return his calls.
Brett Cherry is an incredible leader in the construction industry. We had the pleasure of working with him and his team in a large renovation project. It was a great construction experience.
