We are so grateful for the Coxsackie Transport team for taking excellent care of our guests this weekend evolving around our wedding. We were of course preoccupied so we didn't get to witness the flow of pick-ups and drop offs, but the team was so organized, patient and efficient and our guests reported how seamless and perfect the transporters were. Shuttles for our multi-day, multi-event wedding were seamless. There was even a surprise party bus that we (bride/groom) took to the afterparty which was so fun. Our planners at Canvas Weddings handled most of the coordination/communication on transport which was also a huge help.
Used for wedding transportation. From the start the communication with Allison was terrible, you really have to follow up and put in the work to book the transportation service. Day of wedding Very Poor communication. Driver Had no idea where to go. Wedding guests were left waiting and had to drive themselves. Would not recommend using for a wedding.
As an event planner, my responsibility in selecting a reliable, safe and professional transportation carrier is always top of mind. I have worked with Coxsackie Transport for many years for these reasons. A clean start and end of any event as well as a positive guest experience is as critical as the event itself.
