Dr. Thomas Russo is an absolutely amazing Dr who cares about his patients and goes up and beyond for them. He has old school bedside manners with his patients and takes his time with his patients and makes his patients feel better and not like a burden to him. There are not many Drs like Dr Thomas Russo and his nurse Lori. They are the perfect team for his patients. Margaret is an outstanding receptionist who goes up and beyond for the practices. An absolute perfect family primary practice ‼️
I see Thomas Russo and he’s absolutely incredible! He makes sure all you concerns are taken care of.
The quality of practice and professionalism is typical of CMH and its’ affiliates. After years of frustration, serious oversights, lost records and more I finally fired them today.
