Very customer friendly. I needed a set of airbags in a hurry from lack of planning on my part. They made many recommendations of who could help as they could not. I'd come back just due to their willingness to help
I called Cox's after they were recommended by a friend as being a company that could evaluate a horse trailer that we were considering purchasing from a friend. I wanted a fair evaluation of the condition of the trailer and was told that they could evaluate, service and also give me a rough appraisal on the trailer's value. After looking at the trailer, Cox's told me that the bearings needed to be serviced and that the trailer needed new tires among a few other small repairs.
