I have absolutely no complaints about the care team I saw. I was scheduled for an salpingectomy this month. As a self-pay patient, it was my job to track down what CoxHealth planned to charge me. I talked to four different people who could not even give me a ballpark estimation for this very routine procedure. This does not include the people who shuffled my phone call to another department. I absolutely love the Women’s Center! The front desk ladies are always welcoming and kind! The nurses (especially Kristen) are awesome! Dr. McCarville is so kind and understanding, he’s my fav! The ladies for the mammograms are gentle and great at their job! Highly recommend!!!
They scheduled me with the wrong provider and it's taking me almost a month to get ahold of them to fix it. No one ever answers the phone anymore.
