I did not visit the urgent care. I was there for a regular scheduled doctor's appointment. Service was great.
Caring. Fast.
Took my 16 month old in for something on a Sunday afternoon. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. All of the staff was professional and polite, even with a screaming baby! The FNP (Chris, I think) was knowledgeable and patient. The facility was very clean, although it smelled strong of perfume in the lobby, no issue at all! Very satisfied with everyone here!
Please dont waste your time here with young kids. Went here with my 2 year old, the doctor (Heather) who saw to us, we couldnt understand anything she was saying. I could hear because my child wasn't filling good. Her "bedside" manner was absolutely horrible. She was ruff with my child. Then didn't really ask me any questions that I could understand, and then just WALKED OUT of our room! Did not come back. Everyone else was wonderful and seemed embarrassed by Heather's actions.
