This is my 2nd visit within 2 yrs. I don't have insurance & just pay out of pocket. I'm very aware of what I need, so clinics like this do what I need. However, I should be able to get a general price range for a chest x-ray to see if pneumonia is my issue. I was told they can't give me ANY idea. This wasn't an issue for me at St Charles health in OR. I was always given a vet good general quote. Absolutely the worst "urgent care" facility I have even been to. Not only was the FNP condescending and unhelpful, he was also sadistic. I thought medical employees took an oath to do no harm? He would not listen to my husband or myself about our two year old's issue with liquid medication. He proceeded to tell us to "sit on him whatever we have to do to hold him down and squeeze his cheeks hard enough so he cannot refuse the medication" They had four adults trying to force 5MLs of liquid steroids down my child's throat, we ... read more
The nurse and doctors were nice but don’t think they took me seriously. I gave them my info and they put me in as someone completely different. The lady working the front desk started cussing when she found out my stuff was wrong and they laughed about it. I had to walk around with the nurse while I’m not feeling good until they got my stuff fixed. I’m not much on giving reviews but I have to say this place made me feel cared for and seen. So clean and organized. Very professional. My concerns were addressed and I was educated on what to do next. My ultimate compliment is trust - and I felt that here!
