Today was my first visit to my new doctor, and I'm so pleased with my choice! The reception area is comfortable and spacious, and the staff are friendly and patient.
Tried to set an appointment with Dr Laughlin but she was out so agreed to see her nurse practitioner which did not go well told her I had a head cold and chest cold she said no could be the start of COPD. Did not prescribe any antibiotics. GUESS WHAT it got worst and it was a head and chest cold. And my husband caught it. So called back on Friday to leave her a message no return phone call or no antibiotic called in. Her nurse practitioner sucks
I would honestly give the entire medical system in America a 1 star review, but this place really makes you feel like they could care less if you get the help you need.
Terrible experience. I was established at this practice from the time they first opened in Ozark. I’ve had regular wellness visits and occasional sick visits. I called last week to be seen for an injury and was told they aren’t accepting new patients. I thought they must be looking at the wrong name and explained I wasn’t a new patient, I had been there since they took over Dr Woods (amazing Dr) practice.
