I would honestly give the entire medical system in America a 1 star review, but this place really makes you feel like they could care less if you get the help you need.

Terrible experience. I was established at this practice from the time they first opened in Ozark. I’ve had regular wellness visits and occasional sick visits. I called last week to be seen for an injury and was told they aren’t accepting new patients. I thought they must be looking at the wrong name and explained I wasn’t a new patient, I had been there since they took over Dr Woods (amazing Dr) practice. My experience with Dr. Turner at Ozark Clinic was extremely disappointing. He consistently dismissed concerns and failed to listen to his patients. When my mother, who was battling stomach cancer, was prescribed short-term insulin by a hospital physician, Dr. Turner refused to continue the prescription. He claimed she didn’t need it, despite the hospital’s clear recommendation. This insulin was life-saving — it helped stabilize her and gave us another year with her.
