My experience with Dr. Turner at Ozark Clinic was extremely disappointing. He consistently dismissed concerns and failed to listen to his patients. When my mother, who was battling stomach cancer, was prescribed short-term insulin by a hospital physician, Dr. Turner refused to continue the prescription. I had a frustrating experience at Cox Health. Long wait times, rushed consultations, and unresponsive staff made me feel neglected. The facility seemed outdated and lacked cleanliness. I wouldn’t recommend it if you want quality care.
This clinic is the gold standard of being subpar at everything. There’s a 4 month wait to see any doctor and that’s they don’t cancel your appointment and reschedule for another 4 months from now.
