If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter was seen yesterday by Dr. Benbow. The nursing staff were very unprofessional and had no compassion. I understand being short staffed and having a bad day but the appointment started out with the nurse being disrespectful. Not only was I talked down to and argued with in regards to my own child but they walked into the room and said they would ‘“really have to restrain her because she’s feisty”. She’s 4!
