Like American health care in general, it's the absolute worst. doctors and nurses = pushers pharmacies = dealers insurance & pharmaceutical companies = cartels The country just needs to clean up the medical system by starting with eliminating the cartels. Medical care is the most expensive in the world, but the country's lifespan is #42 in the world. Cox reflects this.

This office has some issues. 1. Impossible to schedule a lab online. 2. Calls to make a lab appointment puts you on endless hold. 3. "0" to save your spot in queue doesn't work. Be prepared for hours of wait or no return call at all. 4. No routine pharmacy refills unless you make an appointment to see Doc. That's fine, they want the payment for an office visit. Lab personnel rude. Front office and check out great. Overall Cox Health is not for me.
