Went in due to a serious back/head issue as a walkin,Ive been to the hospital 2 times in past 3 months alone,due to problem,Asked for the same treatment I received in hospital which helped,she told me to face there was Know indication that I needed it,In case your wondering its a prednisone shot,Not pain a shot,though It shouldn't matter we go to doctors to get relief.They failed.Guess this explains why they want you to come in just to get a freaking refill..Because people other than I had to sense to leave.
I have been here a few times now. The wait times have been fairly good for a doctors office. Personally I love my doctor she is the best. The only negative thing I hand to say about this Cox clinic is that if you call for your doctor you always have to leave a message and so far every time I never get a call back and am told one of the girls probably deleted the message. Luckily however if you sign up to use the portal the doctor always receives your messages. Overall I like this place but they lost 1 star because they just ... read more
Kinda hard to rate the new place as Dr. BRANSCUM is great. The new building is a nightmare. I was told to make an appt at checkout for lab work Friday with the nurse. I went to the checkin/checkout outside locked doors to make an appt but no one was there, I could not get back in to nurse's desk because both doors are locked. I called this morning and they would not schedule me for lab as they are booked solid. She didnt even try to get help for me. I told the nurse that I could come 24th but she said no, this Friday.
