This office has some issues. 1. Impossible to schedule a lab online. 2. Calls to make a lab appointment puts you on endless hold. 3. "0" to save your spot in queue doesn't work. Be prepared for hours of wait or no return call at all. 4. No routine pharmacy refills unless you make an appointment to see Doc. That's fine, they want the payment for an office visit. Like American health care in general, it's the absolute worst.
Rude
Lab personnel rude. Front office and check out great. Overall Cox Health is not for me.
When I walked in there were only two people at the desk. One was eating and the other was on the phone. After waiting a few minutes she finished her phone call and called me over. Now there are four at the desk and still the only one calling patients up is the one to the far right. Extremely unprofessional to eat at the front desk and ignore patients that are waiting there for a while to be checked in. Well, I sat there and watch other patients being ignored. His extremely unprofessional.
