Made an initial appt to establish care here. I made this appoint a month ago & was called the morning of to reschedule. That's not a big deal, things happen & I get that. The person I spoke with however was extremely rude. She was very obviously annoyed & was not pleasant to communicate with by any means. I immediately called another Dr's office to set up care elsewhere.
Did not enjoy my experience with my son during 2021-2022. Nurses here were very rude hanging up on me. My son had a blowout as a newborn and the nurse said we did not know how to change a diaper. Now instead of offering kind words of advice she belligerently put us down as new parents. I called asking how to dress him during summer to ensure he doesn’t get over heated. If there was an option for negative stars I'd pick that! Worst hospital experience EVER! 😪 And I've had to go to the ER, while on vacation, in Las Vegas! Not in entirety, but most of the staff lacks empathy, or apparently has any understanding of what postpartum means or entails. The amount of stress that was inflicted alone, made the experience even worse! Both myself and the father of my newborn felt like we were being judged and ridiculed by nurses and doctors involved.
