First off they are very rude, been coughing out green junk out of my lungs for over half a week now, my vocal chords are so worn out from coughing It hurts to talk, but all they want to do is prescribe lidocaine, they tested for strep that was it. So I guess if I wake up tomorrow morning not being able to breathe, that's their fault.

Made an initial appt to establish care here. I made this appoint a month ago & was called the morning of to reschedule. That's not a big deal, things happen & I get that. The person I spoke with however was extremely rude. She was very obviously annoyed & was not pleasant to communicate with by any means. I immediately called another Dr's office to set up care elsewhere.

Did not enjoy my experience with my son during 2021-2022. Nurses here were very rude hanging up on me. My son had a blowout as a newborn and the nurse said we did not know how to change a diaper. Now instead of offering kind words of advice she belligerently put us down as new parents. I called asking how to dress him during summer to ensure he doesn’t get over heated. I’m from California and not used to the humidity. The nurse said to not put winter clothes on him. Well isn’t that helpful … I complained to the doctor, left ... read more
