NP is great in appointments but the overall follow through, knowledge of, and customer security surrounding overall experience, lab works, patient communication, and accessibility for those with disabilities is an atrocity. Way too much effort is expected of the patients. I was told they would "urgently" take care of something and hours later they had done nothing. I would find somewhere else to go but this was the option the VA gave me. I recommend my provider, but the experience makes it completely unworth it. Experiences ... read more
Both my wife and I had appointments in the morning tomorrow(Wednesday)and at 4:45 pm today(Tuesday) we received a recorded call that the appointments need to be rescheduled by calling the office. Their message states the office is open till 5 :00 pm. I called at 4:48 pm and their answering service stated the office was closed. My wife spent 3-4 hours in the ER and this appointment is related to the problem. So we have to call in the morning to reschedule. Confidence in this office is now zero.
I fell through some sort of loop hole with them and ended up owing almsot $500 and after sending it back to insurance twice they weren’t willing to work with me at all for it even though I only saw the doctor for less than 5 minutes she basically came in and indroduced her self and said I’ll talk to you about your blood test and the second apt and then of course I couldn’t go to the second apt because the first one was almost $500 so best of luck to anyone that goes there but make sure you know the patient is responsible for... read more
Do they know what they are doing? They wanna draw blood every week! They can't get it done all at once. Ridiculous. The staff is very friendly yes. But they just aren't all there.
I didn't have any issues with the staff or service per se. My issue with them is that I literally sat in a room and talked to the doctor for 20 minutes or less, no tests or lab work, just talked, and was sent a bill for almost $600. They didn't even file a claim with my insurance, just sent a ridiculous bill for doing nothing. I don't plan on going back for any follow-up because if they charged me that much for just 20 minutes of talking then I hate to see how much they charge for an actual test.
